Coctelería Consciente is the first non-profit bartending project focused on inserting sustainability and healthy habits into the DNA of the spirits industry through cocktails, beverages, bars and events. We dream of a better world and want to be change agents in the process.

Being a non-profit project, we depend solely on the support and generosity of the cocktails and spirits industry. That's why we regularly apply to awards and grants that will help us fund our project and increase our reach, raising awareness in and educating more and more prople every day.

Awarded by Tales of the Cocktail (USA) for our work spreading the conversation between sustainability and cocktails in Argentina.

In Bioferia, they put together a bar with local products, to reduce their carbon footprint, eco cups, while promoting conscious drinking, reuse and recycling, and including gluten-free and vegan-friendly low-ABV and non-alcoholic cocktails

We were invited to the radio show ¨Brunch¨ on Radio Metro 95.1 hosted by Nicolás Artusi and Ernesto Martelli, were we talked about Coctelería Consciente and tasted a ¨Let´s Lay Back¨ - a spirit-free cocktail with upcycled coffee syrup.
