¨Fashion, food trucks and sustainable market: what we found in Bioferia 2019¨

Coctelería Consciente is the first project that seeks to introduce sustainability and healthy habits into the DNA of the cocktails and spirits industry. In Bioferia, they put together a bar with local products, to reduce their carbon footprint, eco cups, while promoting conscious drinking, reuse and recycling, and including gluten-free and vegan-friendly low-ABV and non-alcoholic cocktails
